This is my go-to recipe for breakfasts! It is super creamy and filling and just yummy!
- 6 oz silken tofu
- 1 TB Cocoa Powder
- Couple drops Stevia (note: you can also subsitute other sweeteners like honey or agave and it works just as well).
- 1c Almond Milk
Okay! Now place all ingredients in your blender, and blend away! I usually use my immersion blender to get it really creamy! Then once the mixture is smooth and tastes sweet enough, dump in a bowl and chow down!
